"La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. I materiali sono ottimi e si nota come tengono alle qualità delle infrastrutture come i climatizzatori, efficenti e praticamente nuovi. La piscina è splendida e sempre pulita. "Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. "

"The venue is beautiful we stopped there on a road trip from Almafi coast to Tuscany. Would definitely go back and stay again. "

"This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave!"

"The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner."

"Ein sehr besonderer Ort. Wenig Touristen und idyllisch gelegen. Der Aufenthalt im Zelt war einfach traumhaft. Frühstück klein aber fein. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann es bestens weiterempfehlen!"

"Wir hatten einen besonders schönen Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Haus in der Toskana. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, auch mit unserem Hund, gab es keine Probleme.Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. "
