"Very clean room with big windows to get fresh air looking at the channel… everything smells so good and clean; breakfast was great and abundant. Front desk people were very friendly, helpful and speaks clear English. Shower pressure water was great and everything is walking distances in a magic area! Walking through the narrow and charming streets and bridges from this charming well maintained hotel was magic. Carry the map paper they will provide you in case your google maps doesn’t work...

"Excellent location. Our room was ok, the water pump in the utility room below us went off every 5 mins (sounded like a city bus trying to hear up, then stop again). Didn’t make for a good sleep for the 4 nights we were there but the room was clean and the staff was excellent. I would not recommend staying in room 22. "

"This property was perfect. Made to order hot breakfast with gluten free options. Super friendly staff. Our room was nice and big. View of a canal and hotel is right on the Grand canal. Our room didn’t face the grand canal so it was still decently quiet. Only bummer was as per regulations the air conditioning is turned off on October 9th and so our room was quite hot. Otherwise a great hotel! Highly recommended. Oh and the staff was amazing!!!"

"Enjoyed having breakfast in a covered area in the garden - penty of choice and high quality. I also enjoyed chatting to the lady in charge in French, as my Italian is virtually non-existent and it turned out we were both ex-teachers of French. She was very helpful with potential access problems and we never found ourselves locked out!"

"Check in was very easy, greated by David who gave us a map and some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the Boat stop of San Samuele on the Number 2 Route and is only 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo which is on the Orange route to and from the airport.
