"Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down."

"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"We had an awesome time at the treehouse. The house is within walking distance to the beach and surf, and was very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely accommodating and let us extend our stay last minute, and was always very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here! "

"Our experience in this amazing house in this special place in Pavones exceeded the expectations of all 8 friends who were there. We enjoyed the contact with nature, the pool that is always very well looked after, the ice bath and the table tennis court, in addition to the other comforts it offers. "We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica. "Hotel/apartment was great. Locating the place was difficult. No name of the apartment. Had to ask neighbors wgere the hotel was but I did not know the name of the place. Luckily the neighbor recognized the pictures I showed her. Over all it was a nice, clean place fir the remote area it was in. sbd the manager Ramon was very nice. "

"Mike and Elizabeth's home exceeded all of our expectation. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable. The AC was cold the view of the coastline breathtaking and who doesn't like to have monkeys in your back yard. The house sits on a quiet mountaintop which is easily accessible. Mike has created a jungle paradise with well maintained trial that he is happy to show you. They both could not be more welcoming and his knowledge of the areas flora and fauna is amazing.
