"Well appointed room, nice lounge"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The location is good and the coffee is awesome!! The staff was great and the value is good"

"Convenient location close to transit."

"This is a hotel to avoid! I had a horrible experience after a very long day of travel. I should have splurged and stayed at a better quality hotel. Live and learn! I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle that never arrived. Supposedly it broke. "Good overall"

"It was okay for a short trip, as we did, but the only concern is that the room that was given to us was not very clean. We wanted to relax for our quick visit to Vancouver after our long day, but we ended up cleaning/ dusting off the bed ourselves. The Bed sheet was not even changed. "Great wee bed and breakfast. Super convenient to transport and city. Delicious breakfast and great communication from the manager."

"Super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Awesome stay"

"The property is dated. The cupboard/drawer handle are old & difficult to grab to open. Requested an accessible room when reserving but none was available during check-in. Staff were very helpful & friendly."

"The room was very clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was basic, but okay and as expected"

"Beautiful location. Safe and clean with very quick responses from staff. The room had A/C, kitchen and laundry machines. I would definitely stay here again."
