"We had amazing time! This property was clean and very cozy! We loved taking naps on the couches, the coffee station, and the costume closet. It was the perfect experience for our group- a cast of actors in a touring play in Des Moines for the week. "

"Booking was a breeze! Daniel, the host, is amazing and communicates like a dream!Check-in couldn’t be easier. Location in downtown Des Monies is ideal. Parking is easy and all needs are within walking distance or a very short drive. The condo is super clean and as described. Kitchen is stocked adequately for basic cooking, which is what we needed. Bathrooms were even stocked with supplies which was total bonus for my kids who never bring their own supplies!!! I’m a very picky bed person, so the...

"Was a great place to stay with my girlfriends for a concert at the Casey's center - very walkable & close to many bars and food places. Liked the games in community room in the basement! Would definitely stay again.

"Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience "

"Perfect location for downtown food and the Saturday Farmers Market. It is small but everything we needed, more than 2 adults would be tight. Bed was very comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was a food trailer parked outside and ran a very loud generator Friday and Saturday til early morning hours. Not a dealbreaker for us and certainly not the property’s fault, we used headphones to go to sleep. Also be aware there are steps to the unit, again, not an issue for us. Chelsea was prompt with...

"Such a convenient home base for our Des Moines stay! We were in town for my husband's high school reunion (go TRHS Roughriders!), I-Cubs game with family, and the Iowa State Fair.
