A long and difficult attempt to gain access as the codes were not sent. The owner's representative did not have the information required to get in without numerous phone calls. Upon entering the apartment found no towels or bedding or kitchen supplies. The bath smelled musty having been closed up. we arranged other accomodations and left informing the booking agents of our departure. No admission of issues and no refund.
