"Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed."

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

"The property had no hot breakfast meal as advertised since the entire kitchen and diniing area was under renovation. Instead, they provided a paper bag with one apple, one small pastry and one honey peanut bar. Possiby the price for the room was a bit lower than if the property's renovation had been completed? All in all, it was a nice and satisfactory room and property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location including parking seemed very secure."

"Staff were super nice and accmodated us 30 min early check in.
But room cleanliness was not very impressive. There was old coffee in coffee maker. There was no bathmat. My feet picked up dirt from carpet right after check in. I didn't see any pans even though there is an kitchnett. Dryer was way very old model. Room was spacious but It could been better."

"I had originally booked a standard queen room. What I got was a temporary full size bed not much better than a rollaway bed. The mattress on said bed was so bad that it left a little bruises on my body due to the lumps. Did not sleep at all the first night. I asked the desk attendant if I could upgrade to a queen size room. He said he would have the manager call me. Did not happen. I next asked if I can get a refund for the second night that I had booked. Of course that didn't happen. Again, he...

"This place has made some severe cut back to save a buck. Rooms are dirty, full of flies, hair on walls and linens, discoloration in tables and floor, shower door doesn't close, found a roach on the wall. They painted over certian spots on the walls and left the rest another color and the walls and baseboards have never been cleaned, mold in the bathroom. And for your sitting pleasure you get a piece of a sectional :). Oh and the pool is a nice shade of puke green. Very dirty place to stay. "
