"practical as described by its name -"smart". Clean and fit our budget. We realized it is quite far out from all the tourist attractions but we went ahead with this place anyway as we saw that it is right by the train station. However, the commute is quite limited as there is only one train line. we were fine dealing with the transferring to different stations until there were issues with trains schedule and maintenance on some of the days, and that became inconvenient. "I stayed here for a couple of nights, and it was just what I needed and wanted. Clean and fresh accommodations. Friendly staff. Easy accessibility. I see some mentioning noise from the trains/trams, but I had no such issues at all. Will recommend staying here! "

"Our family loved that the U8 and the M1 & M8 were just steps away from our entrance. Lots of restaurant options and convenience stores just a short walk away. Not too noisy although we had a balcony right in the center square. The A/C was such a luxury in one bedroom of 3 and the kitchen/living area. Reception was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and to print our ICE train ticket, and store luggage till our room was ready. I would definitely stay again!"

"Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂"

"Wir waren zu viert im Nena und hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zudem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Spree. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Wasser war unbezahlbar! Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor der Tür und in den Nebenstraßen. Das Bett und auch die Schlafcouch waren super bequem. Wir würden wieder das Nena buchen! :)"

"Prima locatie om daar vanuit de stad te ontdekken, erg leuke buurt rondom Schonhauser Allee. Perfect appartement voor ons gezin met 3 kinderen. De bedden waren ok maar aan de behoorlijk zachte kant, persoonlijk zou ik ze vervangen voor betere exemplaren om zo recht te doen aan de kwaliteit van de rest van het appartement. Fijne badkamers!"

"This is aa very clean furnished apartment. There’s no reception or hotel services. The apartments are large with full kitchen and bath, laundry and coffee machine. There was no elevator in my part of the apartment building but some units seem to have elevators. Management was very responsive. The neighborhood is Friedrichshain which has a Brooklyn/Berlin vibe. Lots of places to eat, drink ans shop. Tram on the corner and about ten minutes U Bahn"

"Unlike many short term rental flats in the area, our flat at TheGraf was modern, clean, and immaculately presented. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option, but I do understand why that may be the case given there are no staff on site - independent contractors likely need to clean all flats over a short period between check-out and check-in instead. Overall had a great stay at TheGraf."
