Very nice, huge hotel. Room enough in the two restaurants for Intercontinental breakfast. Located on the Alexander Platz, this gives you direct access to the city, metro, train en direct transport line to the airport. The room was clean, personnel very helpful.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. Due to a rule requiring room cleaning and towel replacement to be requested by 11:00 AM the previous day, it is virtually impossible to get service on the second day since check-in is well past 11:00 AM. Furthermore, there were no clear instructions about requesting service at reception, and I was shocked that a hotel of this high standard charges extra for luggage storage. Apart from the above, the hotel room is generally clean and near to the train station.

The park inn was a great disappointment from check in at 3.00pm told that it was too late to have room cleaned the next day as this had to be ordered before 11.00am that day, so no clean or restock was available until the 3rd days so 2 coffee pods had to last 3 days. The suite we organised for 4 nights at considerable cost had broken furniture and threadbare towels, the included breakfast was more like a cafeteria than a Radisson hotel. Location for transport and hop on hop off bus across the road.

Amazing hotel right next to the TV tower! Room was great views! Breakfast was also good- especially needed for a day of walking round Berlin. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin!

Booked this hotel for a solo trip very last minute. The hotel was clean and maintained well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is large and can hold a lot of guests there was plenty of space and not too over crowded in the lobby. The room itself as good with all amenities albeit the room was on the smaller size. One drawback was the shower curtain that separated the the shower area with the rest of the room. This was fine as a solo traveller but might have been difficult if I was travelling with others. The breakfast area was very clean and a good choice. The usual continental breakfast options and plenty of options available. The best thing about the hotel is the location to Alexanderplatz. For anyone visiting to sight see this hotel would be ideal with many places within walking distance as well as excellent transport links around the city.

The room was nice and clean for what it was. The gym was decent but the smith machine rack needs a lot of lubricant love. It’s also too small for the size of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Overall not bad. Clean, safe, and fairly comfortable temperature for late May.

Great location. As many other stated, doesn't feel like a true 4 star hotel. Room is ok for one, bathroom concept lacks privacy. It's an older building so you do hear your neighbors from time to time. Staff is helpful. Having your luggage stored costs 2 euro per piece.

Single room on 26th floor. Nice hotel. Location is supreme. Someone had taken the remote control from the room and the big towel had a hole in it. I got a new remote from the lobby, but first impressions matter. Weird that you had to pay to get access to the rooftop terrazze, i think it should be included if you are a guest. No airconditioning so the rooms might get very hot during sunny days. Also noice cancelling was not the best, you could hear everything happening in the corridor and also the floor above.

The property is central, yet a pain to get to with all the large roads surrounding it, especially at night when the entrance facing the metro station is closed and you have to walk way around. The property and rooms seem to be built on the cheap - very basic with no amenities such as a fridge or coffee machine. The only thing separating the shower from the rest of the room is transparent class plus a curtain, the toilet door doesn’t even shut fully, so if you are sharing a room there will be zero privacy. During our stay we suddenly found that our keycard didn’t work anymore, so when we went to report it we found there was water leaking through the light fixtures of the shower and toilet and we had to change rooms. Not the staff’s fault of course, but it was just yet another thing. We got free breakfast (normally €19!) as compensation. The whole building had a strange sour smell to it- even the upper floors where the rooms are. Luggage storage, normally a basic amenity in a big hotel, costs €2 per item, for the bag to sit in a room literally behind the front desk. Staff were nice enough, and overall it’s a little bit cheaper maybe; but just not that pleasant. I would never stay here again.

The room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable, however , the pillows were too soft and lacked support whilst sat up to read in bed. Coffee was available but no tea in the room. Breakfast was excellent albeit at 19 euro per person .
