The property itself is clean and well equipped and spacious enough for two or three adults and a couple of children but think wound be a little cramped for 5 adults. Overall this property is a lovely base to visit the nearby places and is lovely to sit and admire the views in the evening, A hot tub would be an absolute 5 star addition with those views. "Number 1 Afon Y Felin is an excellent property which was clean, modern and nicely presented and importantly, very good value for money. The property manager, Craig, was absolutely on top of his game and ensured that any queries were addressed promptly and efficiently. Having an electric car charging point is a superb feature for the increasing number of EV owners. Having rented in Abersoch many many times over the last 30 years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend No 1 and I commend the owners...

"Let the flat for a few days for a Welsh golf tour. There is a pub next door (owner—Josh) with a good selection of drinks. The store owners underneath play music in the morning—rock one morning, then switched to Christmas music the next day. The music was in the mid-early morning so it did not wake us up. It should be noted that the parking can get very busy depending on how many people are in the flat upstairs. "This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"Lovely one night stay including a meal in the restaurant. The hotel is in a central location and has free parking across the street. The room was spotlessly clean, and bed linen and towels were a high standard. The kitchen area was well equipped but we did not use it. The meal in the restaurant was superb and would highly recommend it but booking in advance is advisable. Neven, Luke and the team do an excellent job - we would definitely return. "
