"The brothers who own and operate the B&B are the best!! So friendly and helpful. Their silk graphics available for purchase are the best. Breakfast was so good!! Amazing views of the lake from the upper level rooms. Note, that it is a 6 km 10 minute drive to get from Como to B&B Vista Lago. "

"Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano "

"Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked...

"Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. "Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...

"The suite was beautiful, newly renovated, spacious, clean and had a stunning lake view with two balconies. The breakfast included a selection of coffees, brioche, ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. We would highly recommend this suite and hope to return."

"Newly remodled apt with brand new appliances. The unit has spacious bedroom, living room with a kitchen and huge shower room. It is very clean and quiet. It is right next to the train station and 15 mins walk to the old town and lake. There is an 24/7 supermarket in10 mins walking distance. The online check-in was easy and communications with the management was quick and easy. We had an excellent stay there and highly recommended."
