"Cons - Room was not ready at check in, and the check in host asked if I’d like to downgrade to get in on time. This wasn’t fun after a long day of flying and really disrupted afternoon and evening work plans. There were also no linens in the room for the pull out bed, and when I called to ask, the check in host said he could not guarantee there would be any available to me but he’d try. I thought that was odd.
Pros - great location, super walkable to all of the fun spaces at the Domain....

"Everyone was so friendly Marcus and Ben at the front desk were extremely helpful especially on check in day after traveling for 16 hours straight. The breakfast was delicious every morning and they had great options. The rooms are nice and spacious and well thought out for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. "

"The property overall was terrific. My only issues were that there was only 1 light in the parking lot and security seems a little lax - you don’t need to use your keycard to access the elevator and it was easy for people to come in and out. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful and the amenities were really nice. "

"The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. "
