The hotel is located in one of the nices areas if not the nicest, very central.
Parking is an issue and only way to get it sorted is to give it to valet service: the price is far too high, 67.50€ X day.
Check in slow, despite having more than 3 double counters it took a while to get it done.
A 5 stars of this price should give online check in to make it smooth and pleasant.
Room was nice but overpriced, for a inner court looking standard double room I was paying nearly 400€ so I moved into a...

So lovely and great first impression of hotel thanks to friendly and helpful staff. We were attending along with a helpful map and facilitating an early check in. Everything about the hotel was good! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Hay tiendas, cafeterias, restaurantes a un paso.
Habitación muy limpia y los productos de baño son de Rituals, que me encanta.
La ubicación es perfecta y el entorno muy bonito, justo en frente de un canal.
Lo recomiendo sin duda. Volveremos seguro.

Located in a really quiet street perfectly for resting after a long day of sightseeing, spotted close to the main touristic places.
Restaurants and shopping area are close by.
Rooms were big compared to the average and staff was extremely friendly
