"Clean room nice staff Nb the room was ready when we arrive around 11:00. But the were charging 20 pounds for early Check in, They could have let us in the room. We just let our luggage and did the checkin later that day"

They give you a desk fan in the room however this did absolutely nothing for the room temperature. "I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."
