"If you want peace and quiet, this is your place. Our little dog enjoyed everything about this place as did we... the hosts were so wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves so much. It was nice and clean. We loved sitting on the back porch. We will go back for sure. Highly recommend. "

"The house is very private, comfortable and well appointed with all of the necessities. We were three couples and we were all were very happy with our bedrooms and the communal areas - the porches, the great room with the comfortable couches and chairs, big table, games, and the ample well equipped kitchen. This place is awesome!"

"We were there for an event at The Murphy Theatre. It was walking distance to the Theatre and dinner at the General Denver. The place was clean and had everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. There is several stairs to get to the apt, so if you struggle with stairs this might be difficult. "

"The whole stay was just wondeful. the minute you walk into the house, there is a great smell, smells fresh and clean. you walk into a cute and cozy cottage, big enough for 2 people. the bedroom was sooo adorable and welcoming and cozy. the room was very romantic and was great for us to unplug. the bed was very comfy, outside you have all nature around you with no distractions. the hot tub was amazing and loved the privacy!"

"The place just smells clean! Bed is very comfortable & so is the furniture in the living area. Very relaxing atmosphere. My only wish is that the handrail going up the stairs of the door entrance, on the side, were more stable- it gives a false sense of security. Not a deal breaker, by any means, but, it could be an issue for older folks, depending on it. Again, a very relaxing atmosphere & would stay, again."

"No hassle with booking or pre check-in documentation requirements. I just booked it and got a message from Tom with the door code. Simple instructions for check-out posted in the kitchen, too.The cottage was cozy and comfortable - very pretty. Very quiet, and the fire pit area is fenced in so we could let the dog roam free.We ended up cooking a lot because of limited dining-out options in the area, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend."
