"The Shepherd’s Hut is a well appointed with puzzles the kids loved and a great plastic pool! Samantha is a fantastic host and the kids loved the farm and the animals, especially the peacocks! Highly recommended. TV had football so our teenager was happy! Very close to Glen Rose, Fossil Rim, and Dinosaur Valley. A wonderful stay."

"We loved our stay here. The cabin is so cute and clean. The animals are fun to see. It's just a very short walk down to the riverwalk which is great! The only negative I have is there wasn't much light in the bathroom. Hard to see anything in the mirror but there is a vanity in the bedroom with a light. Breakfast in the barn was so cool!! We would stay again. "

"Really neat little Barndo, everything you could need. We didn’t go up to the loft, but would be a great place for a family to stay. Big comfortable bed in Masters sand plenty of seating in living room for 4-6 pretty easily. Near restaurants, groceries etc and has full kitchen and big backyard."

"Amazing place. Was great just before our son started Kindergarten. Every day he said it was the best day ever. Never felt crammed with 4 of us. Shower and bathroom area are huge. Tall fences for privacy and magnet shades to block out sun or make it more private. Kayaks are great we also brought a blow up paddleboard. Water was only about 2-3’ deep most of the creek area we explored. So kids could hop out and swim around comfortably. We explored the creek up to the Brazos, went to Big Rocks in...

"My husband booked the sunflower cabin for our honeymoon. We loved it so much, we went back for our anniversary this year. It was just as great as we remembered it. The hot tub on the back porch is very nice and relaxing. The complimentary bottle of wine they leave in the refrigerator goes great with it, too. Lol. Huge shower, comfy bed, and it’s pet friendly so we got to bring our two border collies. It’s the perfect secluded getaway to unwind, unplug, and connect with each other. "
