The check-in process did not go well as there's an extra step that you need to do to get into the room (including downloading an app) which wasn't communicated to me, I booked a room with a king size bed, but it was a double. "We stayed in the Ember Locke Suite. The kitchen area was nice. It had a two burner induction plate. Washer/Dryer combo was a bonus for sure. Queen size bed with a decent mattress. The pillows were not good. Very flat.
A/C in the room was nice to have. We liked the curtain to separate kitchen/dining area from bed. Someone could be up early and relax in the dining area with disturbing the other while they slept.
We really liked the area. Kensington/Chelsea
Only about a 5 min walk from Earls Court...

"The biggest issue with this hotel was the size of the rooms. They were extremely small, with virtually no space to open luggage. The only way to access our belongings was to place the suitcase on the bed. Once the luggage was on the floor, there was barely enough room to move around the room.
The bathrooms were equally cramped. The space around the toilet was so tight that I had to sit at an angle to avoid my knees hitting the wall.

"This time we booked this hotel thru Expedia. Hotel staffs were all friendly and kind, especially Ms. Sharmin and her husband at breakfast area did great job during our stay.
Although, breakfast quality was so good, more than my expectations. We loved that stay. Only one negative point was room aircon did not work good manners. Thank you Residence inn!"

"Please check the Google reviews! This place is NOT as advertised. I have never left a bad review before but I need to make sure people know about this place. My room was dusty, hot and stuffy with no windows or AC. Stained bedding and mattress, hair on bedding, stains on the carpet. Picture half hanging off the wall, cracked bathroom tiles and dirty shower floor. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there and had to leave to find a new place. "
