"At the beach area need to have place to exchange swimming gear."

"We got placed in a handicap room, which I did not book... I could not see my head in the bathroom mirror... otherwise the room was clean, the location is perfect.. right on the golden mile. There was music blasting from the room next door, the same background tune that sounded like a Dvd player tune, it was on a continuous loop and it was playing when we checked in and got ready to go out to eat aprox 1 1/2 hours, it was really irritating so I contacted the lobby and asked them to have a look at...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). "Great heated pools, loved the much needed adults only pool area. Lovely staff and good variety of food for lunch. Beds were very comfortable and nice quiet air conditioning"

Na het bezoeken van een markt terug aangekomen op het hotel waren er geen ligbedden meer beschikbaar. Toen we vroegen aan de life guard of er ergens extra bedjes waren, was hij best onvriendelijk en absoluut niet...

"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"
