"Lovely hotel. Very clean , nicely decorated. Rooms are a good size. The garden view room was lovely and very little noise from the nearby streets could be heard .Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Nice bar area, especially being able to sit outside in the beautiful garden. Staff were great and very polite. The hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room. It ready when we came. They told us to go to the exec lounge for an hour. Room still not available. Then in order to get a room we had to downgrade or upgrade for more money per night. Otherwise staff was nice. Restaurant cooks were terrible. Exec lounge was nice. "

"Locatie hotel kon niet beter! Voor de rest: wat verouderde kamers die warm waren. Ventilatie (fan) maakte veel lawaai. Incheckbalie niet aangenaam. Ontbijtbuffet was (veel) minder van keuze in vergelijking met de andere hotels in Londen die we deden. Minder punt: na het uitchecken op de factuur gezien ons meerdere snacks werden aangerekend van de minibar terwijl we maar 1 namen. Het duurde een tijdje aan de incheck balie om dit recht te zetten (had de indruk ze ons niet geloofden). Algemeen...

"Love the Hoxton brand and really enjoyed staying in this hotel. My only issue is the bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable. Also, wifi went down the weekend we were there. But all other aspects of the hotel were great. "

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht. Tassen hatten Schmutzränder, Abfalleimer nicht geleert, Boden dreckig. Die Aufzüge sind eine Katastrophe, man wartet ewig, bis mal einer kommt. Am Abreisetag haben eir nach 15 min warten aufgegeben und die Koffer über das Treppenhaus runtergeschleppt. Achtung: das Hotel weigert sich, ein normales Taxi zu rufen. Sie vermitteln einen an einen völlig überteuerten...
