"We had a good welcome by Mark on our arrival who took time to tell us about the area and transport.
The room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge with fresh water and milk everyday.
Very good choice of breakfast, cooked and presented well.
There is also private parking on the grounds.
The Mustard tree is located within walking distance for the train station and also a beautiful walk along coast to St. Ives.
Also there are plenty of beaches in the local area."

"Overall 5 stars. We brought our own fans but wish it was readily available in the property.. probably a ceiling fan in the rooms? Leaving the windows open wasn't always ideal due to noise of neighbors. Close to the pier and porthminster beach. Wasy to find and perfe t location."

"The property was temporarily closed for business due to COVID-19. We are not being provided with the check in detail until the day of stay and we need to contact Hotels.com to resolve the issue. It actually ruined our holiday as we are eventually placed at a nearby hotel."
