Beautiful hotel! Such an amazing place to stay with great facilities, lovely views and the best staff. We visited for my husbands birthday and we will definitely be coming back to this place!

Ideal stay as beaches are walking distance, the Grand town house was clean with very upto date kitchen facilities. Staff were very helpful and good that we could use the Una gym and pool - which was a short drive. There is also parking at the Manor. Overall a great experience!🙂

Truly a luxurious stay at Treloyhan Manor. Studios/rooms/furnishings/amenities were all tastefully done and luxurious. Location and building were beautiful. Parking was ample. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Molly. Definitely a 5 out of 5.

Was für ein tolles Hotel! Wir haben es hier mit unserem Hund wirklich genossen. Der Weg nach St. Ives ist zwar ein bisschen bergauf auf dem Rückweg aber sehr schön und gar nicht so lange. Nettestes Personal aller Zeiten. Wubderschöne Aussicht in dem Appartment das wir hatten. Echt top.

Beautiful property, great location and staff provided an excellent standard of service. The WhatsApp connection to concierge works brilliantly and saves a lot of hassle, too. I’m not sure that the Grandhomes (apartments physically disconnected from the hotel building) represent good value, though. I would look first towards a room in the main hotel building. Also, beware of lots of additional charges for meals and hotel services. I found this particularly disappointing considering the price point.

1000 Dank für den warmen Empfang. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben über die Leckereien sehr gefreut, vielen Dank dafür. Wie kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel mit herzen weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Ina & Michael

Great place to stay. We had suite 8 with nice views over the bay. Large bedroom area and separate living area with dining table and basic kitchen. Great location at the top of the hill giving pleasant walk down to either Carbis Bay or the other beaches and town of St Ives. Been built to a high standard. If you are less mobile, the hilltop location and 10 minute walk to St Ives may not be ideal but the place is a lovely.

Great staff, nice newly renovated room, good location a short walk to St Ives & Caribas Bay - there is a great footpath below the garden. Unfortunately overpriced so very empty when we were there. Also charges for lots extras. Would be good to have an information pack of things to do in the area.

What a gem! nestled between Carbis bay and St Ives, this made the location perfect for exploring the local scenery. Amazing communication from the hotel prior to our stay and even during our stay. The staff were very attentive and always on hand to help with anything required. The accommodation itself was lovely, we stayed in a sea view lodge. It was well equipped with high spec appliances and everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed having the space and freedom you would get from a holiday home but with the added support of onsite staff. The welcome hamper was outstanding and is a nice touch. You have to pay for the hot tub as an extra. However, we felt it was worth paying for. We will certainly be visiting again in the near future.

Right from check in to the entire stay, it was comfortable and hassle free. Location is perfect with beach just walking distance away from the resort. The property was clean with all devices and appliances in very good working condition. The living area of our suite was big and good enough for our little one to play. It was provided with basic food stuff and the fridge had juices,butter,cheese & milk so the immediate need was sorted. Domino and 4 in a row were also provided for kids to play - a thoughtful way of hospitality. We’d definitely book it again when we visit St Ives again. Definitely recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday with kids.

The property is lovely and room is spacious. The spa is quite a distance from the hotel and not really walkable (the facilities at the spa were a bit limited, sauna was broken when we went). The staff were very friendly and polite and we felt welcome

Luxury house in between Carbis Bay and St Ives. Nice quiet location. Beautiful house with every detail thought about. Lovely welcoming gifts on arrival with all essentials. Note the Expedia advert pictures are misleading - the swimming pools and spa are not onsite, 45 min walk / 5 min drive - does state it in the small print.

The Property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. We did note a couple of minor snags like doors scuffing on the floor, or a shower that doesn’t drain very well , but overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend to friends and family wanting to stay in the area.

The room is spacious and clean, also included bread, oats, yogurt, orange juice and milk for breakfast. However there's a fire alarm in the morning woke us up at 8:30am. We skipped our dinner at a restaurant rushed back to the hotel for the swimming and spa, as the reception told us the swimming pool opens till 8:30pm, but when we reached at 6pm, they told us from 6:30pm only available for 16+, my son is 13, so they offer us hot tub, we got change and went back to the reception after half an hour, waited for some time then they told us they don't have the key for the green house so cannot offer the hot tub. We booked 2 nights of the hotel because my son wanted to swim, very disappointed.
