"The hotel was spectacular for the affordable price. The breakfast had many options, and the staff was super friendly all time around. The rooms and the amenities were clean, and the common areas look pretty and upkeep. The parking was ok, my only bad thing would be that it was dimly lit, for a private parking a few more lights wouldn't be a bad idea. We arrived many times at night and had to walk fast to get out of the shadows. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"Our stay at this property was disappointing. While the location seemed convenient, the room was not very clean — dusty surfaces and stained bedding made our first impression poor. The staff were polite but slow to respond to requests, and basic amenities like fresh towels and laundry service took multiple reminders. It didn’t feel very family-friendly either, as the surrounding area was noisy late into the night and the common spaces weren’t well-maintained. Overall, not worth the price — better...

"Stayed on the property for a long weekend for a family vacation. It was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had! The waterpark was amazing, food and drinks were delicious, had plenty of chairs to choose from and my toddler enjoyed every moment. The 3 bed 3 bath condo was large and came with everything we needed. It was a 25 min drive to MK. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants, but I bet they would have been great! We will be back!"

"Me and my fiancé got a cottage just for me and him and it was beautiful! It made us feel like we were at home with all the amenities we also cooked a home made meal they had all the pans, plates, etc.. we did have to rewash current stuff there was still food on them from who knows when. Also one of the pillow sheets were really dirty we just removed it. Other than that everything was amazing also we loved the H2O water park! We mostly differently will be back !"

"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....
