"I unfortunately booked for the wrong month. Having emailed the hotel to ask to change the booking they referred straight to their cancellation policy with absolutely no flexibility. Considering it’s a huge hotel and it was an honest mistake I am very disappointed with their response. I wouldn’t rebook based on this. "

"This is my second or third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I’ve experienced repeated issues with the rooms, particularly the showers. On previous stays, I had to change rooms multiple times due to either no hot water or electricity outages. On this visit, the shower handle and overhead shower had very little water pressure, making them unusable. I ended up having to shower using the tap.
