"This hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore Shanghai or get rail links to further afield. There is building work going on in the area but there is in most of the city. Staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. Rooms were very clean and supplied with toiletries, robes and slippers to make our stay more comfortable."

"We are a family for four with two kids age 11 and 7, stayed for 6 days. This hotel is family friendly, offers free activities like city walk with local tour guide, and craft arts etc. Right next to the subway station and Yu garden, and about 10 min walk to the Bund. Our room was large and clean, all the drinks and snacks are free, they even offer free laundry station. They also have a photographer on site! We really enjoyed staying here and would totally recommend it. "

"Stayed there for two nights with a friend to enjoy the city and the hotel didn’t disappoint, the rooms feel large and luxurious, esp the bathroom. I also enjoyed the breakfast where we got a custom vegetarian soup and vegan milks. It would be great if this could be a bit better formalised, more consistent labelling and a vegan/vegetarian menu. Staff was helpful and attentive. Location is perfect. "
