"Perfect for overnight stay when you have an early flight to catch. Restaurant food was reasonable although relatively high price for basic quality. Friendly staff, English available with phone app..Papago works. Friendly helpful staff."

"Für den Preis wirklich okay. Allerdings hat unser Zimmer sehr nach Rauch gestunken und wir haben einen Kippenstummel in einem der Gläser gefunden. Also nicht nur, dass andere Gäste dort rauchen, es wurde offenbar auch nicht vernünftig geputzt. Die Lage ist ganz gut, Mitten in Pudong. Dort gibt es unendlich viele Malls, Caffeläden, kleine Supermärkte, Foodspots und die Metro Nr.2 fährt zb direkt auf die andere Flusseite zu The Bund, zum Flughafen und zur Railway Statiom Pudong."

"The staff is really welcoming, quick easy checking in and out. Free airport shuttle bus is very convenient and follows the schedules very well. Room is very clean. Didn’t try the free breakfast cuz the earlier flight, but the hotel is very thoughtful, prepared foods in a grab and go bags for customers who have early flights.( a hard boiled egg, one banana, one fresh soft bread and small pouch of cookies). Exceeding my expectations for a transitional stay."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't take the breakfast option but there were lots of popular restaurants to choose nearby. The room was comfy and clean. We took the high speed train to Hefei without walking out of the building. It's about 15 minutes walk. We will be back for next time. Thanks!"

"An excellent location for venturing on foot to the Bund, the main strip, and the historic colonial centre of Shanghai, with tons of local eateries and stores. The hotel has great, modern, comfortable rooms, and it is well-priced. However, I travelled to Shanghai a few times about 10 years ago, and I was surprised by the low service levels and the English proficiency of the young staff at all the hotels I stayed in on this trip."

"I've staying in 4 different hotels and Kerry was one of the best specially with $100 extra we get free breakfast, snacks and dinner and access to playground. their Gym and pools were the best in any other hotel I ever travelled around the world. their staff was carer and friendly. location was great and next to Shanghai international expo."
