和家人入住上海西岸美高梅酒店，非常滿意！酒店很乾淨、很漂亮，我們住在48樓，樓層很高，房間的river view也很不錯，望出去很舒服。員工都很helpful，服務很貼心。 酒店附近就是江邊，散步逛逛很寫意，餐廳選擇也很多，晚上還很熱鬧。我們還在酒店做了spa，非常放鬆。小朋友也很喜歡這家酒店，下次一定會再來！

这次入住整体非常棒，算是一次非常不错的staycation！正好假期过生日，选了徐汇滨江这家，酒店位置没得说，江边商场也很热闹。订的套房视野特别好，赶上天气好、能见度高，黄浦江一览无遗，在房间里发发呆都很惬意。行政酒廊的小姑娘们服务也很贴心。下次还会再来。

We had a really enjoyable stay here. Our room was spacious and the view was absolutely stunning — one of the highlights of the trip. We tried the spa and it was such a relaxing experience, definitely worth it. There's also a riverside restaurant and a shopping mall just a 10-minute walk away, which made things very convenient. The staff were proactive and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We also visited the Bund — about a 30-minute drive from the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

這次住得很開心！酒店位置真的不錯，就在徐匯濱江，離夢中心很近，逛街吃飯都方便，附近還有龍華寺廟，可以去走走看看。 晚上步行距离沿江散散步，吹吹風，特別舒服～ 客房乾淨整潔，整潔度很高，住起來很安心。酒店設施也很齊全，房間又大又舒服。餐廳的口味不錯，吃得挺滿意的！ 最讓我驚艷的是水療（Spa），技師手法很專業，做完整個人都放鬆了，疲勞全消，真的超享受！強烈建議大家來體驗一下！ 服務也很貼心，工作人員都很親切。下次來這邊一定還會再住，推薦給大家！

가장 좋은 계절에 상하이 여행 왔어요 ☺️ 호텔 들어서자마자 인테리어가 너무 예뻐서 감탄했습니다. 체크인도 대기 없이 금방 끝났고, 프론트 직원분들 친절하셔서 첫인상부터 좋았어요. 객실이 고층이라 그런지 창밖으로 강 뷰가 정말 예뻤습니다. 아침에 일어나서 커튼 열 때마다 힐링 됐어요 🌊 호텔 위치도 좋아서 와이탄이나 시내 중심가까지 차로 30분 정도면 충분하고, 이동하는 내내 보이는 상하이 거리 풍경도 예뻐서 사진도 많이 찍었습니다 📸 위치, 뷰, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠고, 상하이 숙소 고민 중이시라면 추천드려요! 👍

It was a great stay. We had to attend an exhibition at the convention center. There are plenty of restaurants by the riverside. The hotel is within walking distance of the West Bund area and the riverside. It is a beautiful hotel, and the room we had was big with great facilities. The staff were all very helpful. We will come back next time.

房間打掃乾淨，每天都清潔得很乾淨！房務 大堂 接待的員工都很友善親戚！真的有賓至如歸的感覺！唯一最令我困擾的是枕頭！為什麼會選用這種枕頭？難得沒試睡過？！是空氣一樣 完全沒承托力！找客服拿一個比較硬一點的，不過也是扁塌，沒支撐力的！

Came back to Shanghai to Visit friends, and it was an absolutely great stay. Walking distance with quite a lot of restaurant options. Hotel with very artistic atmosphere with bright color. There’s shopping mall right opposite the hotel. Staff service was great as well. Great Experience.

Stayed here with my family and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The hotel has such a great presence — spacious, elegant, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and art throughout the property. The staff were all genuinely friendly, not the scripted kind of friendly. You feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. Our room was comfortable and the view was a real highlight — we found ourselves just sitting by the window taking it in. We also tried the spa during our stay, and it was wonderful. A real treat that made the whole staycation feel complete. If you're looking for a staycation where you can just unwind without leaving the city, this is a great pick. We'll be back.

My recent stay at MGM West Bund Shanghai was one of the best experiences I have had. Compared to other luxury hotels in Shanghai as well as in other known brands in Asia, this one stands out. The overall staff and reception are genuinely warm and responsive. The normal room is really large at 60 square meters and well appointed with unobstructed river views. I am particular about bedding comfort and quality of amenities. This hotel does not disappoint. Spent some time at the nearby Gate M riverside open air mall with an abundance of nice restaurants. View is amazing too. Will return for future stays. It’s not far from the city center anyway but in a modern clean district.

Location is at the new West Bund area. Offices are nearby with large shopping malls across the street. The river is nearby and a vibrant food and shopping mall next to it called Gate M. Lots of excellent restaurants. After a meal I strolled on the riverside. Check in was smooth even though it’s a busy hotel. Staff services reflect its luxury branding. The hotel decor is modern with lovely modern artwork. Even the furnishings are custom designed to match. Room is very spacious. High end touches all over. I viewed the pool and spa , looks good. Didn’t use the gym. One meal at the Chinese restaurant. Very good quality and atmosphere. Great for entertainment.

Fantastic Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish! Room: Incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view. The bed was one of the best I've slept in — housekeeping did a great job every day. Service: The front desk team was warm, professional, and always happy to help. Fitness Center: Well-equipped with modern machines, and never crowded — perfect for a morning workout. Location: The Bund is about 30–40 minutes away, but you don't even need to go that far. The nearby West Bund Dream Center is fantastic — great shops and cafes. My favorite part was walking along the riverside at night: peaceful, beautifully lit, and a real taste of local life away from the crowds. Tip: If it's your first time in Shanghai, spend a few days near the Bund for the classic sights, then try the West Bund side — it's a completely different vibe, and so chill! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed here while exploring Shanghai — fast check-in, friendly front desk, and an upgrade sorted. Design is sleek and artsy — gorgeous lobby, cool art pieces, a lovely scent everywhere. The room was massive — huge bed, comfy pillows, blackout curtains; I slept through my alarm twice. Spotlessly clean daily; housekeeping even tidied our stuff. Big bathroom, deep soaking tub, great rain shower, nice toiletries. Great soundproofing, fast Wi-Fi, coffee machine. River view — the Huangpu at dusk, stunning. Location is a winner: The Bund, Wukang Road (old villas, great cafes), Yu Garden — all 20–30 minutes by DiDi. Gate M West Bund Dream Center next door, and a riverside path for evening walks. The SPA was the highlight — two treatments, can't recommend them enough. After whole days of walking, my legs and back were fixed — both times. Therapists know exactly where the tension is; the space quiet and calming. Walked out feeling brand new — most relaxed in months. We paid about 100 USD extra for the executive lounge — the most valuable add-on of the trip. Happy hour alone worth it — good food, decent drinks. The view — floor-to-ceiling windows, river, city lights. Went up every evening; never got old. Breakfast: great variety, fresh, good coffee. Pool and gym looked great too — the spa won my time. Beautiful rooms, killer location, unbeatable lounge views, staff made everything easy — would 100% stay again.

the shower will leak everywhere no matter how you position your shower head. alwasy a pond of water after you shower. the worst part is, the safe in our room kept beeping for no reason the entire night, and it got worse at 5am. we tried locking it or keeping it open. so we had to take out the batteries to get some quiet sleep. the cleaners will start vacuuming the corridor even when you have do not disturb lights on. which is super loud. it is also super far from most of the things in the city. will not go back

Very good experience overall stayed in this lovely hotel. Exceptional service from every staff . reception and restaurants . Rooms are located on 53 floor giving us fabulous view of the riverfront surrounding. But i prefer this new west bund location with cleaness and new riverside mall. I will look forward to another stay early next year.
