Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom detached house in Whitby, designed to offer a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to 6 guests. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area where you can enjoy meals together.

Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests with its two twin beds. The main bathroom is modern and includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

Outside, the private backyard provides a great space for outdoor dining or simply unwinding in the fresh air. Enjoy the private back deck for some outdoor relaxation. Please note, the garage is not available for guest use. Guests can park only one vehicle in the driveway.

Feel free to bring your bikes and explore the scenic routes nearby. Please be aware that this is the upper unit and there are residents in the lower level. Kindly maintain a quiet environment.

Good location, nice area of town, but there is blood on the light fixture, dirty sheets on the bed, coffee stains on the bedroom floor and on the couch. Some moldy spots in the shower. Could use more options for cooking utensils. Could have spices and soaps for common use. Also towels for doing the dishes. In the listing, rhey say entire house, when in factcyou have the main floor and upstairs. The basement was rented separately, so therefore we did not have the wntire hous

We loved this home and neighborhood, which is within 1.5km of shopping and dining. There were, however, minimal supplies (in comparison to other properties we've stayed at). We purchased waste baskets, extra paper towels, and plastic trash can liners, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. We'd definitely stay there again.
