"On arrival, airport conditioning and elevator were not working. As a 64 year old with arthritic ankles, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up 3 floors to my room. Air con was broken all night (as was elevator) so I sweated all night and got little sleep. Went out in morning (walking down and up stairs still to/from breakfast - great breakfast btw).
