"We stayed one night, and it was terrible. There were no signs explaining how to access the garage or that it opened with a button. Reception told me to park first, then return with our luggage to check in. Following their instructions, we found a group of 80+ tourists ahead of us and waited 40 minutes. Our room was unacceptable. The bathroom floor was so dirty I wiped white residue off with my finger. The glass shower door was chipped and unsafe, the seals had mold, the towel bar fell off...

"Excellent"

"スタッフの対応が良かった"

"Wonderful new property. Staff were polite and helpful. The design and amenities were top tier as was the breakfast."

"Although the location was good, I don't recommend staying at Triana Backpackers. After my stay I noticed some bed bug bites. The room was so small that there wasn't enough room for our luggage and the beds were uncomfortable. Moreover, the room was very loud. However, it was a nice surprise that breakfast was free"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. "Breakfast was great. It's absolutely an amazing historic property. The tunnel that connects the different Casa/Palacio can be a bit claustrophobic and is the only way to get to many of the rooms. Recommend you book a suite instead of just a room."

"Todo estuvo excelente. Lo recomiendo al 100%."

"Nice hotel with great Breakfast, only thing that next customers has to know is that the Sauna is not included in the price..pretty disappointed to pay 25€ on the top of the room was expected to be included for a Five Star!!!"

"Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate at both restaurants and the food was great. Bonus was two complimentary bottles of water in the room everyday. We stayed for seven nights and had a wonderful time."

"Hotel ubicat en una zona cèntrica de Sevilla. Instal·lacions en bon estat i el personal molt atent. Molt recomanable"

"Convenient location, close to the train station, beautiful lobby environment, and elegant rooms, warmly staff."
