"Didn’t have correct room type available. Room was not available until well after 4p. Once in room there was food in the refrigerator and dirty silverware in the sink. Had to wait for clean plates at breakfast. Front desk staff very slow and kept having to run up to rooms to check status. No manager was available to talk to until two days after our stay ended. Hilton Honors reached out and asked how our stay was going and I told them the issues and they simply said sorry I hope it gets better....

Bathtub was sticky and stained, bathroom had no ventilation, front desk person didn’t seem to care and was sleeping on the couch 99% of the time we saw him. Overall, I’m glad we were out doing things instead of being in the room."
