"The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement.
The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture.

"We had an excellent stay for Christmas with family! Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Plenty of space, an equipped kitchen, plentiful towels, blankets and even cleaning supplies to keep things fresh. Highly recommend this rental "

"Michelle, and her team were truly awesome! We do wish the place would have had a washer and dryer, cooking utensils, more hand and kitchen towels, over door hangers for used towels, also, broom and mop, need more lamps for bedrooms. WiFi was a little spotty, maybe a book with instructions and near by groceries and services. This is our wish list! For the next time we come into Grand Rapids.Can’t wait to come back!!"
