"This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. One bedroom has a king and queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. It is a great neighborhood, about a 15 min. walk to all the great shopping and...

"The central air on the first floor was not actively working. I had to reset the system, including the programmable Nest thermostat. I suggest installing something with an app allowing the host to preset temps so the house temp is manageable at checkin. When I entered the property, the house temp was 78*. I thought I had set the temp to 68* and lewft to grab a few groceries and eat dinner. Upon returning 2 hours later, the house temp was 80*. After googling how to reset the digital...

"This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. When we were...
