"The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible."

"I arrived at the hotel on Monday afternoon. I told them that the room was dirty and the floor was covered in coffee. They told me that they would clean the room on Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday night, the floor was just as dirty. When I arrived on Wednesday, the room was just as dirty and had a small cockroach in it. The hotel has been remodeled. The rooms are nice, but the CLEANING IS TERRIBLE. They never take out the trash or change the towels."
