"Room was dirty! Cobwebs in corners, fridge was unclean and the microwave was unclean/unsanitary. I have video proof that the housekeeping does not do their job, coming from a hospital housekeeper. Rust in the bathtub that can be clean. Dust on top of certain objects like microwave, lamps, and tv. ..."

"For the low price, the hotel met our needs well and was a good value. The rooms are a little dated and could use a refresh. I like its proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and the highway. It was the best value for Portland, MI, which is a beautiful city."
