"This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience. Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out. Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that. Just off Middlebrook retail park with loads to do "

"Outside appearance is deceiving - very lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety of options, and the bar/restaurant options are affordable and there is a good selection to choose from.
