"The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance. The hotel has two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Friendly staff. There is a good barbecue area. There is no restaurant, but each room has a small kitchen, we had breakfast in the room and it was very convenient. I recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful, very large home in a safe, family friendly gated community. From the deck, one can see the channel, Nantucket Sound, and Lewis Bay. And the 3 private beaches are just lovely. They are a bit of a hike from each beach, but even my 3-year old granddaughter had no problem (it's a good idea to bring a rolling beach cart, though). "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at 'Steps to the beach with an ocean view'. The cottage was a perfect size for my hubby and I, decorated so cutely and very clean. Communication with Tom, the owner, was very easy and friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). "My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils.
