It has A/C, open living space, full kitchen, large sunny deck, outdoor shower, children's games, beach chairs and beach toys. Enjoy the convenience of being in walking distance to many of Dennisport's south side beaches and avoid beach traffic, parking lot fees and closures.

Charming cottage by the beach

Lovely two bedroom cottage in Dennis port only two blocks from the Sea Street Beach. This house was clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. Close to excellent restaurants, the best lobster rolls and bakery on the Cape.

Perfect Accommodations for Beachgoers

This property is small, but neat and clean and a stone's throw from the beach - just down the block. The beds were comfortable. The property owner was easy to reach and very accomodating to our needs. This was perfect for our stay!

Great stay!

I had a fantastic week-long stay in Dennis Port, MA. The property was excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Its convenient location was just minutes from the ocean, perfect for beach outings and scenic walks. Plus, it was close to local shops and restaurants, making exploration easy. Girl time!

This was a little get away for me, my daughter and my granddaughter. We celebrated my daughters birthday while there. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us and had everything we needed. The small beach at the end of the road was perfect! Beds were comfy and the outside deck with table and chairs was a great sitting place. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot, perfect weather!

We came down to the Cape for a family wedding and were lucky to secure this spot on the busy holiday weekend. Everything was as advertised- comfortable, neat and clean as could be. The owner was very accessible and flexible, both when we asked to extend our stay, and after our departure when we realized we’d left something behind. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect location for us. It was mid cape and very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We spent one day visiting the National Seacoast, one day in Sandwich, one day in Martha’s Vineyard and one day in Nantucket so location was important. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Would highly recommend

Wedding Weekend

Needed a place to stay the night prior to attending a wedding. Beth’s place was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed to get dressed and ready for the wedding. We even had time for a quick walk on the beach which was just a short stroll up the street!

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Les hôtes répondent rapidement. L'emplacement est idéal et il y a une petite plage à distance de marche. Il y a même 2 chaises dans le cabanon à la disposition des invités. C'est toutefois un peu petit pour deux couples mais nous étions toujours partis alors c'était très bien.

A beautiful beach getaway!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage with our two children (4 and 7) and we absolutely loved it, we were all very comfortable the whole time — the space is so clean, with such thoughtful details! The kids loved playing in the cottage and we were over the moon with how close the beach is. We’re already excited for our next visit, thank you so much!!

Road Trippers from Seattle

Loved the little cabin. Had everything we needed. Slept with the windows opened all night and could actually hear the ocean waves. The street is charming/quiet in late September. The beach was small (compared to what we are use to on the Pacific coast) BUT, interesting to see the differences. Enjoyed!

Cute cottage near beach

We had an amazing two day stay at Beth's cottage in Dennis Port. We had a small issue with check-in -- but Beth was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The cottage is in a cluster with other cottages - but still with good privacy. The cottage is well laid out, comfortable, had all we needed and more -- including an awesome outdoor shower! A lovely beach is a 5 min walk down the road. And a great breakfast spot is just another 5 mins walk beyond the beach. Highly recommend this cottage!
