"We liked the room for the price. There was no one at the desk after 7:00 or 8:00 pm. and not sure when they came in the morning. The staff that we did interact with were very pleasant. There was no cleaning service for the entire 3 nights that we were there. And under the bed had not been vacuumed/swept in a while (there was popcorn under it and we did not eat popcorn). "I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. "
