2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ranch style home. One bedroom has King bed and the other has 3 twin beds, plus futon in study room. Sun Porch, Outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill. Close to many beaches, 1 mile (3 min) from Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port. Walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream and Dennis Port center, close to shopping.

Linens for king bed are supplied. Guest responsible for twin bed sheets and sheets for futon, and towels.

Very comfortable bed (had a cushy topper). Pet-friendly. Clean & Organized; had everything we needed. Was cold & windy outside during our stay, it even snowed, but we were warm inside. Location away from main / busy streets was nice since we were able to walk dog in a residential neighborhood without excessive traffic - yet convenient access to stores & major roads.

Had a good 3-night stay with family. Melissa was very responsive, and accomodating, going out of her way to get everything ready, and offer an earlier check-in (sadly, we weren't able to take advantage of it). The cottage was cute, exceptionally clean, spacious enough to accommodate our family of 6, and very well-located! Shopping/antiquing, restaurants, ice cream shops, miniature golf, beaches, and endless other activities are all within walking/short driving distance. The lovely sunroom made up for a limited yard space, and was such a welcome spot to get cozy with a book and a cup of tea while it rained outside. A stack of books and puzzles in the twin bedroom was an unexpected surprise! Having to bring your own linens (aside from King bed) and towels was a minor inconvenience (although, to be fair, it was mentioned in the listing beforehand). We did wish that the futon room and the adjacent bathroom would have had doors for added privacy, but we made it work. Noticeable strong musky/moldy odor inside upon arrival, which persisted throughout our stay. Several of us were found to be quite sensitive to it, which is unfortunate, as this charming Cape Cod cottage is a good value for the price otherwise!

Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!! We had a restful & comfortable time!!

We were down in Dennis for a short one night stay, ended up being able to check in early (although we did not) it was a nice surprise to have the ability to! The check in process could not have been easier. Neighborhood was quiet. You have to bring your own linens (except for king bed) and own bath towels (noted clearly in description). This was the first air bnb/vrbo I have stayed at that I have had to do this, I prefer to have everything supplied when traveling, just my personal preference! My one complaint is that upon arrival there was a musty smell and a strong cleaning product smell, most windows were already open upon arrival, and it was a little warm inside so I went to turn on the window AC units only to find them all infested with black mold (see photos). As a healthcare provider this is concerning.
