As you enter our split level home, you'll be greeted by the warm open concept entry space and living room, which flows into the kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings and large sky light windows that drench the area in natural sunlight. Additionally off of the living is a modern half bathroom (toilet and sink). Off the dining area leads you out to the deck where you can enjoy a gas firepit, a grill (gas and charcoal combo!), a nice fenced in yard and two additional parking spots. Also on our deck is a patio table with umbrella to enjoy a meal or hang out after a day at the beach. Our modern house in the center of it all can accommodate up to 7 guests. Up four steps, you'll find the sleeping arrangements and bathroom. In the first bedroom, you'll find a Roku TV and a luxurious king size memory foam mattress with crisp white linens to sprawl out and get make sure you're getting the best nights rest possible. Once the leaves have fallen for the season, you can catch views of the pond from out the primary bedroom window. Also featured is a large closet and dresser, perfect to feel settled in. Second bedroom has a Roku TV as well as two full size memory foam mattresses with the same offerings of white linens, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has one full size memory foam mattresses with a twin bed trundle that pulls out from underneath. Again, this room has white linens and a closet to store your belongings. The bathroom features a dual vanity with pocket medicine cabinets and a high pressure shower head. We include all bathroom essentials in your stay. Down four steps off of the kitchen, you'll find an awesome bonus room equipped with an arcade game system loaded with 12 classic games (unlimited & free!). We also have a plenty of board games for all ages and a Roku TV with Netflix. This room is also where you'll find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Additional highlights include an outdoor shower, all linens and towels are included, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs etc., hose at the front of the house to rinse to off sand if you don't want to use the shower.
