"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and was told they wouldn’t give the money back even tho we didn’t stay immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the room. The lobby is immaculate but the carpets in the rooms needs to be removed it has trapped the scent giving off a mold like smell."

"Short stay to see the Metallica gigs in nearby Stratford. The stag were nothing but helpful and friendly at all times. Nothing was to much bother especially when we had trouble finding parking when we arrived. As they state, parking is free but limited but they managed to find us a place. They were also helpful with advice and directions too. The rooms are somewhat small and ours didn't have Aircon but it did have a desk fan. The reception and dinning room are Aircon. "Room had bed bugs and refused to return money, staff was useless. Honestly don't even want to go back to London because of such a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know how this place is still running."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"It was okay but not that great. The temperature in summer just unbelievable in the room and couldn’t sleep all night."

"Cheap useful room, with fridge and microwave. Hob and sink outside (no pots or plates etc, bring your own). Only 1 very thin pillow each, only 1 teaspoon. Plenty of sockets, free parking if you are lucky, but you can park on road until 8.30am. We did this and were able to park onsite at 8. We would go again."

"It is not clear that there are no bathroom in the rooms, we had to go to another hotel, and when we complained, only then we were asked to come back and receive rooms with bathrooms for no extra costs. That was too late."
