"Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again"

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"Hi No facility in the hotel. It was hot day. Room was baking. Request the staff for a fan at least. Finally decided to leave the hotel as wife skin condition was getting worse. Did not stay the night and no refund was requested as it was a place of blaming someone else culture. I hated the experience and would not go back ever again"

"They had free parking which is a positive. The rooms are very old, extremely hot and out dated. The biggest issue is the WiFi you won't have a good connection better off using your phone as hot-spot.
