"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. Thankfully, the reception staff was able to get us a replacement room but the room was dusty and hot as an oven. We eventually got fans after asking 2-3 times and the staff did seem helpful but were just forgetful?"
