"Great budget place to stay overall! Quick air conditioned ride into London on the Elizabeth line got us everywhere we wanted to go. Pros: Very clean room overall and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was EXCELLENT! Bathroom in particular was nice, great shower and the light up mirror was a nice touch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful bringing us towels and extra coffee milks when we asked. Also allowed us to check in early for free which was very much appreciated. Controlled...

"There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. "First of all, don't go there if you're used to sleeping with AC, the room had none of that, nor any ventilation, and was built of the most heat trapping bricks you could ever imagine, nights were hell and full of sweat. If you're fine with that, it was clean alright, they offered room service, and the reception was opened 24/7, so awesome service for the price point."
