"Shops were about a10 minute walk away and there were bus stops outside on the road, the underground was a 15 minute walk. As a solo trip for me it was great"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

The tap clearly needs replacing, and the shower only sprayed a fine mist of water — I understand it’s probably designed to save water, but it meant my shower took about four times longer than usual. The bathroom products also felt quite cheap and left both my hair and skin feeling dry. The hair dryer was very weak, so don’t expect it to do much if you need to dry your hair properly.
