"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"when I got checked in I was told I would only have to pay 477 for resort fees but when I was getting checked in they tried to charge me 675 and when I went to ask the lady was very rude and unhelpful with information, the room was clean but when we got ready to go to bed the sheets had stains and the bed was uncomfortable,has soon as you lay down you sink to the center, for the price I paid felt very over charge for it and then when checking out the lady told me I own 620 for resort fees again...

"Everyone was super nice, all of the amenities were amazing. Me and my husband loved the adult pool and hot tub and the bar made great drinks! Housekeeping were the sweetest in the worlds. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. This hotel is in a great location, it’s across the street from good restaurants, shopping, the beach, and only 2-3 blocks away from free street parking by the Zoo. 10/10. Oh and the bathroom was super nice."
