"Our check in was delightful. Everyone at the desk was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet was a little bit worn, the bathroom where the shower and toilet were was a bit small with a somewhat low ceiling. But the rest of the room was incredibly spacious. The pillows were perfect. Hotel pillows usually make my neck hurt and these didn’t. Breakfast was actually really good for hotel breakfast! Lots of hot options, fresh fruit, and several different toppings for yogurt along...

However, when we had to trade out our rental car due to maintenance issue, I came back to let front staff know and while she was helpful in obtaining my info, there was no follow through and I’m still waiting to see if they refunded my money."

"Very nice hotel with great staff and a decent location not exactly downtown but not that far away. My only complaint here is that I normally expect free parking and a complementary breakfast at places similar to this hotel here it was paid parking and rather expensive breakfast other than that very clean and again the staff were extraordinary"
