"Rooms need some TLC. Walk across floor barefoot and you need to wipe black crap off bottom of feet. No parking. Hotel allows locals to stay, leaving cars in their lot while they get shuttle to the airport for flights out and picked up when returning to get their car. No parking spots for staying guests traveling through Nashville. Desk staff could have cared less about travelers checking in unless you were African American then you were greeted with a smile. "The night desk person was not very friendly. The carpet in the room looked filthy or it was just that old.
The base sheets on the bed were in bad shape, the bed skirt, should never be used again. The bed shirts were stained. I felt like I was showering with the previous guest, because there was still hair on the walls of the shower. I got it off there quickly.
The skirting board was ripped off at the corner and could eventually hurt someone.
Thank goodness the towels were softer than I...

"Room and property dirty. Our room was dirty, floor bed and bedsheets. We didn’t have a choice but to stay till morning because we flew in past midnight. There were shady people checked in. A lot of screaming and banging. Strong smell of pot. We checked out and move to different hotel. The only upside is their staff are great especially Margo. They canceled our reservation and told us we’ll be refunded."
