"Best hotel in Madrid. Rooms were renovated and generous size. Walk in rain shower was awesome . Most comfortable bed I have experienced. Buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of variety. Pool is a must to cool down and enjoy a drink watching the sunset. "

I have been before and the service provided by Jose in Reception is consistently beyond excellent, this time me and my son also met Yimmy in reception who as Jose was very friendly, kind, warm and with a great smile and happiness to help and and greet us. My son everyday asked if his friends Jose ans Yimmy would be in the hotel to say hi ans chat with him when we were heading back to the hotel. I definitely will be going back as I feel is like visiting a friends...
