"La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. "Everything about this property was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and all facilities were well maintained and a real treat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem. "

"Ein sehr besonderer Ort. Wenig Touristen und idyllisch gelegen. Der Aufenthalt im Zelt war einfach traumhaft. Frühstück klein aber fein. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen und kann es bestens weiterempfehlen!"

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. "

"Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. "

"Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."

"We were so happy with our stay. We stayed only one night before our cruise. It was perfect for us. Loved the water view form the big windows. Great location to the port, we took advantage of the free shuttles right in front of the building to the port. We also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants within walking distance. The host was also excellent. She was easily reached via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this apt."

"Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. "

"The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...

"Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."

Nel 2025 non è ammissibile che l'aria condizionata vada pagata a parte, che non ci sia la televisione ed il campeggio non abbia il wifi.Inoltre il responsabile di Happy Camp non parla neanche italiano.Completamente deluso.Silvio "
