"Camere pulite così come gli esterni. Piscina bellissima per tutti (anche per bambini) 1,50 profondità massima. Lettini e ombrelloni in abbondanza ( a settembre) bar ristorante e market uno dietro l’altro accanto alla piscina. Alllogiavo al villino confort da 25 mq una spesa irrisoria per questo period. All’arrivo avrete la mappa visualizzabile sul sito anche.il Mare e a 200 mq dalla piscina e si attraversa prima l’arra villini poi pineta con campeggiatori poi si arriva al mare in una natura...

"La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. I materiali sono ottimi e si nota come tengono alle qualità delle infrastrutture come i climatizzatori, efficenti e praticamente nuovi. La piscina è splendida e sempre pulita. "My wife and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Surrounded by grapevines and a majestic view of Orvieto! We also had fun doing the cooking class in which we made pasta and cookies. Sampled the vineyards amazing wine while we ate our meal from the cooking class. "

"Everything about this property was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and all facilities were well maintained and a real treat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem. "

"Loved this apartment. Ideal location for catching a cruise. We we're satisfied with the value for our money. Wish there were more choices of restaurants (many were closed the day we visited) and watch for some price gouging in coffee shops. Overall highly recommend and we would stay here again."

"The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...

"We are three couples spanning three generations, and Emiliano’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our four-night stay. The home is immaculate, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. "Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil."
