"This is probably one of the very best properties I have ever stayed at. The property is beautiful, clean and safe. The views and experience are breathtaking. It is walkable to restaurants in the area yet quiet to get away from the hustle and bustle. Dimitris on site is amazing, kind, accessible and will help you with anything you need to book. The breakfasts were also amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable visit and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you Dimitris! "

"Soriana was so incredibly helpful between her recommendations for restaurants and things to do to making reservations for us for rental cars and boat tours. She was absolutely fantastic. The property was beautiful with gorgeous views. You do need to rent a car. "

"Our family of 4 rented the 2 bedroom at Summer Residence from 6/18/25-6/20/25. The stay was wonderful. The front patio has a gorgeous view of the southern coast of the island. The bedrooms were very comfortable with AC in both. The bathroom was large by Greece standards. This is a great option if you want to stay somewhere away from the bustle of the port area. If you’re renting a car or ATV, this is easily accessible and a short 10 min ride. I was nervous based on another recent review,...

"We loved the island of Milos! The Delmar apartments were stunning in such a terrific location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, market, and the best gyros spot across the road. Iliana the General manager was so fantastic. She was so helpful with recommendations and knows the island so well. We can't wait to go back and hopefully we will get the opportunity to stay at this property again. The family suite we stayed in had everything we could ask for, and it was beautifully designed...out...

"The property is so amazing and not to far from the main port. The Host was so kind and informative and was so helpful with recommendations and setting up rides for us. We wanted to book an ATV and she had the rental company bring the ATV to the property which was so convenient. 100% would stay here again!"

"We loved our stay here, the staff were so welcoming, the room was perfect and as expected. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. The location is perfect because your central and close to the main town but in a quiet section where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend it 😊"
