Located in the picturesque village of Toscolano-Maderno, this apartment offers a pleasing view of the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. Lake Garda is a 15-minute drive from the apartment and an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Spiaggia Toscolano is only 10 minutes away by car, where you can sit back and soak yourself in the sun. Nature lovers can indulge in activities like climbing and hiking Monte Castello di Gaino and Lungolago di Salò, which are 10 minutes and 17 minutes away by car respectively.

For sports enthusiasts and history lovers, Golf at Golf Bogliaco, Horse riding (Raidho Healing Horses) and Museo della Carta are within a 10-minute driving radius. You can reach the Veronese shore of the lake by boat from Salò (17 minutes by car) and Vittoriale (7 minutes by car) in the elegant town of Gardone Riviera. A little further along the coast (1 hour by car) is Sirmione and its famous spa. The closest airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes\' drive from the property.
